Most frequent questions and answers
  • If you need hotel accommodations, make sure to reserve your room for Rethink ED by Monday, August 26! We have secured a block of rooms at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center at a special rate of $159++/night for Rethink ED attendees.

    Flight and travel coordination is the responsibility of the participant.

  • All attendees will be invited to a welcome reception and provided with breakfast and lunch on September 11 and 12. Free parking is available on-site at Plexpod Westport.
  • Travel expenses such as airfare, hotel, transportation, and meals outside of the event are not covered.

    For attendees staying at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, a shuttle will be provided to and from the conference venue at the beginning and end of each day.

  • Yes, if you are no longer able to come but would like to be replaced by someone in your organization, please contact our Events Team for approval via email at or (913) 402-1881 x190.
  • If you did not receive an invitation but wish to attend, please contact our Events Team with your name, organization, and role and your interest inquiry. The Events Team can be reached via email at or (913) 402-1881 x190.
  • Attendance at the conference will be limited. If you receive a notice that you have been placed on the waitlist, you will receive a separate notification to register if an available spot opens up.

  • Due to a limited number of spots available, if you have registered but know you cannot attend, please click here to cancel your registration. In a new browser tab, you will be prompted to enter the email address and last name used for you registration. Click the “Continue” button.
